Service Calls or Remote Assistance
We will drive up to 80 miles one way if the job warrants it.
Service calls are usually $40.00 to come out to your site and troubleshoot your problems. If you have Remote Assistance installed on your computer, we can usually diagnose or fix your computer remotely! We charge $35.00 per half hour for that service.
· With us driving to you, you do not have to figure out how to unplug all the wires in the back of your computer, or worry about plugging it all in again, also, you can watch us work! We can explain as we go what your problems or issues may be.
